The Stranger in the Woods was a short novella and I didn’t realize that when I purchased it. If I had known this I would’ve anticipated the plot progressing differently since I assumed so much more was going to happen. I’d rate it a 4.0/5 and just wish it were longer/more complicated. The climatic scene felt a bit underwhelming since I expected it to keep going.
