K.R. Bowman I love fantasy and sci-fi. I love escaping to another world/realm. Love the idea of special powers or a fantasy world filled with interesting plants and creatures.
What’s the most nerve wracking thing about writing for you?
Editing! But also making sure I don’t forget all the threads and eggs throughout a series.
What character of yours could win in an athletic competition and which sport?
Raleigh and in archery, sword fighting or cross country running.
What character of yours would most likely win in a battle of chess?
Probably Callum. He’s the strategizer.

What scent do you like to read or write about in books that calms you and why?
Scent of a forest or tree. I love nature so it immediately makes me think of hiking or being away from the hustle and bustle.
Do you like writing in first or third person and why?
I like first person because I feel like it puts the reader right in the action
What’s the first book you remember buying/cherishing and why?
I would probably say the Harry Potter series. The first book I stood in line for at midnight to get with all the people wearing costumes, and the anticipation for the newest one will always stick with me.
What tropes do you like to write in and why?
I love underdogs, enemies to lovers, and coming of age probably because they seem more relatable to me. except for enemies to lovers lol I just love the angst and tension that it creates between the characters.
If you had to kill off an antagonist that survives in a different author’s series, who would it be and why?
I have no idea! all the book series I can think of the antagonist dies at the end lol
