Best part-
I LOVED this book. It had so much mystery and magic. I LOVED the journal entries bringing me back in time. The supernatural “other worldly” vibe was spot on perfect. I highly recommend this and I need to find more books with similar feels if you have any recommendation! I’m so glad I bought a copy of this one, which is rare for me, all my books are typically from the library.
What I’d change-
I wish the romance was a bit stronger between Lara & Ben but understand why it wasn’t the focus.
Plot/Blurb-

Soon secrets about Lara’s family history begin to come to light, revealing a curse that has been claiming payment from the women in her family for generations. A curse that might be tied to her fiancé’s mysterious disappearance
