What’s your name and tell me about the books you like to read.
My name is Anjali Giri. I love reading YA fictions and mythological fictions. I also love reading poetries.
Do you like reading stand-alones or series and why?
It’s hard to answer because they both are special at their own place but still book series are better because I get to spend more time into that world of literature. I find peace in escaping reality.
Who do you like to talk about books with and why?
All of my friends are into books, so we love talking about it . We share books with each other and sometimes do buddy read as well. It’s the best feeling ever.
What book disappointed you and why?
The book series “After” disappointed me a lot. Actually, the folks have overhyped it and I thought it would be amazing. While reading it was kind of good but when it’s all toxic romance and I never recommend it to anyone.
Do you like e-books, paperbacks or hardcovers best and why?
Of course, hardcovers, they are so pretty and aesthetic. They are strong so are very less likely to get damaged. But the thing is they are expensive, so I mostly read paperbacks and eBooks.
Tell me a book you’d like to read before 2022.
Harry Potter is the series I want to read before 2022. I literally want to read it as soon as possible.
Tell me a book you’d want to live inside and why?
There’s this science fiction book named “The 5th wave” which is actually very underrated, but I loved it so much. I’m most likely to get killed in the beginning itself but that’s the book I’d love to live inside.
What feelings do you like to have while reading?
While reading romance, I literally get collywobbles (I’m not lying). And I love to read the books that make me ugly cry because I love crying over fictional characters. It makes me feel like I’m alive. I don’t know why but it does.
What do you wish you could tell all authors?
I’d like to tell all the authors ” I really appreciate your efforts and truly admire you all. And I might hate you for killing my favorite character, but I do understand your point of view. Please keep writing and if possible, send me your books with your signature please 🙂
Tell me where you like to buy books from and why?
I mostly buy from Amazon or Flipkart. They are trustworthy and the quality is good.
