Under Your Spell by Laura Wood was a solid 4.0/5 stars. It took me a long time to get through it because I was so busy writing (no problem with the book). But because of that the story was a little disjointed for me since I took longer breaks than usual.
My thoughts and notes while reading:
At the end of part 1 I’m hoping Theo doesn’t get 3 women pregnant in the same month like Ripp did to Clemmie’s mom. Doubtful with this genre. But so far, it’s a smooth, easy read. My favorite part is the realistic chemistry between the trio of sisters.
I kind of wish they didn’t already fully sleep together. Fast burns give me less intrigue. Maybe if they went to like third base I’d be more into it.
I’m halfway through Under Your Spell and it’s quite addicting. Each time I finish a chapter I only want to keep going. They have cute chemistry but I’m so worried for her!
At the end of part 2 they’re adorable together. The sex scenes felt rushed and I wanted a bit more, but still hot.

Social media obstacles in books always give me the ick
So after finishing, I guess my biggest complaint is they went from the “i love you” moment to the “this isn’t gonna work in .001 seconds. That was a bit frustrating for me and too abrupt.
