Review #592
This is one of the first audiobooks I’ve rated low and don’t feel guilty about it. Because it’s not that it was bad in any way. I just didn’t personally like it. I didn’t like the characters or their choices. I didn’t like the theme of depression and lies. The author knew her stuff about doctoring and mental health and the prose and pacing were both fine. So the book itself doesn’t have issues. It just wasn’t my cup of tea so I gave it a 3/5. I don’t usually rate things under 3.9 if I finish it.
