Review #603

I’ll give this audiobook a 4.0/5 stars. It wasn’t my favorite Ali Hazelwood book so far.

I don’t mind age gaps if they’re of legal age and they have a truthful connection. But Maya is actually quite annoying and young and immature so I’m a bit put off by her, especially because the age gap is an actual conflict between them and part of the struggle.

There’s too many time hops and I can’t keep track of what is before or after other events to track their relationship progression.

It’s quite repetitive

Honestly, she’s so dramatic that his worry about her being so young is legit.
