Review #594
The Wife Upstairs slipped by my notice since there’s another title by the same name but written by a different author in the same genre.
I had soooo many theories in the beginning so I can’t say I guessed correctly lol.
The diary was a great addition and necessary for the story to work.
I loved the vibe of the big creepy house.
I binged this audiobook and rated it a 4.3/5 stars. Very glad there was extra info in the epilogue. The part that frustrates me was that so many thrillers have a theme or plot revolving around abusive men in one way or another. It’s tiring.
Not too many comments. I’m always a fan of Frieda’s work
