Review #577

I’ll give this a 4.5/5 stars.

This book taught me that I don’t think I like fast burns as much as slow. My favorite part was I loved all the unique team building ideas and his unique and funny nicknames for her.

As doctors, it had a Grey’s Anatomy vibe. Their banter was spot on. Once they started to get serious feels, the introversion and deep conversations were almost too slow with its heaviness. But I’m glad because it gave them more depth.

Her eating disorder was hard to listen to but seemed to be handled pretty well by the author. In fact her research felt stellar for all the medical information too.

I’ve read a few by this author but this was the first audio by her. I’m glad there were two narrators.
