I didn’t finish this because it was third person narrative instead of first person. The humor seemed great and I loved the premise but couldn’t connect with the writing.
In a world where battle and bloodshed define her past, Viv, a weary orc warrior, decides to leave her life of violence behind and pursue a new venture: opening the first coffee shop in the city of Thune. Faced with the challenge of introducing coffee to a community unfamiliar with it, Viv encounters both old rivals and new obstacles on her path to success. As she navigates the complexities of her new life, she discovers the importance of connection and collaboration, forming unexpected bonds with those who share her dream. Through the journey of building her coffee shop, Viv learns that the true rewards lie not only in her aspirations but also in the relationships she cultivates along the way.
